NBC’s popular game show, Wheel of Fortune, was co-hosted by American television celebrity Vanna White and Pat Sajak. While her co-host handles most of the talking, she has been in charge of rotating the game’s puzzle board for more than three decades.

When Vanna White was a budding actor, the South Carolina native landed a job at Wheel of Fortune. She has a background in modeling, and while she is not filming the show, she enjoys knitting and crocheting to pass the time. Even her yarn brand, Vanna’s Choice, is owned by her.

How old is Vanna White, though? And what is her annual salary? See below for information on Vanna White’s age, education, profession, earnings, and net worth.

White Is In Her Late Sixties

In Conway, South Carolina, on February 18, 1957, Vanna Marie Rosich was given the name Vanna White.

It’s hard to believe she’s 64 years old because of the way she never seems to age.

Her Life Before the Wheel of Fortune

Her mother, Joan Marie Rosich, and her father, Miguel Angel Rosich, divorced when White was a baby. Her mother and stepfather, Herbert White Jr., raised her after that. But regrettably, her mother passed away from ovarian cancer.

After that, the host of the game show was determined to carve out a niche for herself in the entertainment business. After graduating from high school, she pursued a career as a model while attending the Atlanta School of Fashion.

She also gave acting a shot, but she failed miserably. She participated in The Price Is Right as a contestant for the first time.

She was chosen in 1982 among 200 potential replacements for Susan Stafford on Wheel of Fortune thanks to her background as a struggling TV personality, which helped her during her audition. She deserved to be chosen, as evidenced by the fact that she has been a part of the program for more than three decades.

The puzzle board turner’s career significantly changed once she passed the Wheel of Fortune audition. In 1982, she officially partnered with co-host Pat Sajak, and they have been a part of the show ever since.

What Is Vanna White’s Net Worth?

According to Celebrity Net Worth, the host has a net worth of $70 million and is counting the money from her successful profession.

When she sued Playboy in 1987 over the company’s release of images from her early modeling career without her permission, she was awarded a settlement for $5.2 million.

She also filed a lawsuit against Samsung Electronics Corporation after the latter broadcasted an advertisement portraying a happy robot that played a game show with letters. The television anchor claimed that the business was misusing her likeness. Fortunately for White, she prevailed in the lawsuit following several challenges and was given a $403,000 damage compensation.

In addition, she received a little sum of money from the sale of the lavish property in Beverly Hills that she had owned for the previous 20 years.

White later sold the house for a significantly reduced price of $19,300,000 in June 2020 after having it listed for $38 million in late 2019. The house included eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a huge kitchen, and a four-car garage on a 5.08-acre plot of land. Additionally, it contained a private gym and an indoor theater.

She has accumulated several treasures from real estate investing over her active years.

Personal Life of Vanna White: She Was Married to George Santo Pietro.

Vanna White wed George Santo Pietro, the proprietor of a restaurant, in December of 1990. They had two kids together: a son named Nicholas, born in 1994, and a girl named Giovanna, also known as Gigi, born in 1997. White and Pietro’s union, however, did not last forever, and they divorced in November 2002.

Before her marriage to Pietro, White dated Playgirl centerfold and Chippendales dancer-turned-actor John Gibson in the 1980s. Sometime in the 1980s, they became engaged; unfortunately, they never wed since Gibson perished in a plane crash in 1986.

Although they are dedicated to one another, the pair has no plans to be married.
