  • This light, sweet summer cocktail is made with peach white wine. Fresh, juicy peaches are infused into white wine and peachy brandy then served with tart raspberries.
  • This recipe yields around 10 servings, making it ideal for parties. You may also create a pitcher and store it in the refrigerator to drink whenever you want! It will last up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
  • There’s no need to spend a fortune on wine! Because the wine absorbs some of the fruit’s flavor (and vice versa), you can purchase a bottle at any price range that fits your budget!

Important Ingredients

Sangria – Sangria is generally made with red wine, but this variation is lighter, sweeter, and more summery with white wine.
Brandy made from peaches Brandy is lighter and sweeter than whiskey and takes on the flavor of the fruit from which it is manufactured, yet it is still deep and flavorful.

Peaches — The ideal summer fruit, peaches are sweet with a little of acidity and perhaps a hint of sourness. They’re the perfect complement to the white wine, deep brandy, and delicate sweetness of sugar or maple syrup.

Raspberries – Raspberries are tart and sweet, and when popped in a glass while serving, they add just a little something.

Chef’s Advice

  • A few sprigs of fresh mint in the pitcher and each glass are lovely and offer a delightful, refreshing flavor.
  • Serve with sparkling water to make your peach white wine sangria even more effervescent! This also helps to expand the number of servings to accommodate additional guests or glasses.
  • If peach brandy is unavailable, ordinary brandy will suffice. The liquid will pick up part of the fruit’s flavor, so there will be some peachiness. If you want to boost the flavor, even more, add extra peaches to the mixture!
