Whitney Johns was never able to discover a sport that she would be good at growing up in Idaho. I was never really good in athletics, dance, gymnastics, or any of the other things that young ladies should be good at, in her own words.

Whitney yet continued to develop her athletics despite everything. She kept attempting new sports and hobbies over the years because she had a strong desire to keep active and in the hopes of discovering something she would be good at.

Whitney eventually discovered fitness and weightlifting, which were what she was seeking.
