Competitive Starts

YeonwooJhi, who was born in 1984, started competing in bodybuilding when she was 26 years old.

She had already spent many years working out to sculpt a stunning physique, so she decided to “take it a step further” by participating in bodybuilding competitions to see how she would compare to other female bodybuilders.

In 2010, she made her debut at the Korea YMCA. She was able to outperform more seasoned bodybuilders despite having little prior experience or understanding of the competitive environment, winning first place in her weight category.

Card Pro

YeonwooJhi’s illustrious career as a bodybuilder began with his triumph in the 2010 Korea YMCA. The South Korean saw success four times during the next three years, winning two trophies and finishing twice in the top three.

She began 2011 by capturing first place at the Muscle Beach International Figure Open Classic Championships, then a few months later, she finished second at the NPC Excalibur. She competed in the Miss Korea Competition in 2012, finishing third.

He will compete in the forthcoming Arnold Classic Europe Physique Competition thanks to her performance at Mr. Korea. Her desire to obtain the prestigious Pro card was further fueled by the prospect of winning the competition.

He was motivated by the challenge to work harder than before, making each repetition and calorie count. Her perseverance paid off as she won the 2013 Arnold Classic and received a Pro Card.
