On July 2, 1994, in Northumberland, England, Zac Aynsley was born. Growing up, Zac never excelled in sports, and his diet of processed foods and sweets was rather unhealthy.

Zac was underweight as a result of his bad eating habits, and his peers would frequently make fun of him for his appearance. He stated:
