The morning workout will also include a brief cardio session, and the evening workout will continue with our circuit routine.

Cardio

For the optimum cardio workout, you can run for two to three kilometers outside. Alternate cardio exercises include riding, using an elliptical machine, the StairMaster, using a hydro-row, etc.

Make sure to exercise for at least 30 minutes, and when you’re done, stretch out your muscles.

Circuit Procedure

The easiest method to combine cardio and toning activities is to perform a circuit regimen. It burns a ton of calories while assisting in muscle growth.
