Andy Allo Exercise Program, Calisthenics
She even started working out over a year ago, like training hard, as part of Andy’s exercise regimen. Up until she eventually posted a photo of herself in a gym outfit, Andy Allo hardly ever discussed her exercise regimen.
She mentioned in one post by Andy that she is working out her booty and performing calisthenics to make her sweat.
Andy also said that she is working hard to improve her fitness and advised the naysayers to keep their opinions to themselves.
Before we dive into her routines, though, let’s speak about her lifestyle since it also contributes to Andy’s continued fitness and leanness.
We know that Andy enjoys staying fit and working out frequently, but she also enjoys traveling as much as she can.
Andy has frequently posted pictures of herself on the beach to her social media accounts, particularly when she is there. She may simply be trying to flaunt her physique, but either way, she enjoys going to the beach.
Callisthenics
Although Andy did mention that she was exercising with Calisthenics, he did not specify what she was doing. I can tell by the way she moves that she exercises by performing a lot of pull-ups, dips, squats, deadlifts, deep squats, etc.
The best part about calisthenics is that you can practice it anywhere and without a lot of equipment. Therefore, if you want to perform a calisthenics workout, start by developing your base strength through push-ups, pull-ups, dips, and muscle-ups.
Strength Training
Given that Andy Allo has shown off her and her well-built booty, I assume that the majority of her workouts consist of weight training for the lower body and core.

Plan For Andy Allo’s Diet
I was unable to find much information regarding the Andy Allo diet plan, however, she recently posted during the quarantine period that she was eating whatever TF she pleased.
It’s not my place to judge whether that is true or not, but judging by the way she looks, I would assume that Andy consumes largely wholesome meals like fruits, vegetables, lean protein, salmon, and other foods high in omega-3 fatty acids.
We may also infer from Andy’s claims that she has been perspiring a lot and that she drinks a lot of water to keep her body healthy and hydrated.
