Yazmin claims that she was unsure of what to anticipate there. She was completely unaware of what CrossFit was. When she completed the “Cindy” routine, she got her first taste of the sport.
Even though the training session was only 20 minutes long, Yazmin acknowledges that it was plenty to tire her. From then on, she developed a serious CrossFit addiction.

Training Approach, (Workout)
Yazmin works out anywhere from 4-6 times a week. Nevertheless, depending on whether or not she is getting ready for a competition, this may change.
Yazmin prefers to ease up on herself and work out more casually when she isn’t competing or during the “off-season.” However, even these ‘easier’ workouts endure for a minimum of an hour or more.
Her “in-season” training sessions, though, can go up to 5 hours. In these circumstances, Yazmin divides her workouts into 2 or 3 training sessions per day, lasting approximately 2 hours each.
Yazmin sticks to the fundamentals when it comes to her workouts, focusing on the deadlift, squat, and bench press.
Getting Ready For A Competition, (Exercise)
CrossFit is a physical and mental game, according to Yazmin.
She typically spends some time alone in the warm-up area on the day of her competition preparing both physically and emotionally.
Yazmin prepares for competitions by stretching, lifting weights, and ensuring sure she has all the essential gear.
The second step entails mentally preparing, taking deep breaths, and concentrating on the upcoming event.
According to Yazmin, “You can catch me chatting to myself aloud in the warm-up area before an event. It may seem strange, but it’s how I keep my attention on the task at hand.
In addition, I mentally practice the WOD (exercise of the day) that I’m about to begin. Yazmin Arroyo Loaiza.
