Training
The Glute and Leg Workout by Anna Nystrom
When training her glutes, Anna doesn’t mess about and won’t spend much time on light-weight exercises or stretches.
She will typically target the most difficult complex motions with low reps that target several body regions. More so than just performing bodyweight exercises or long cardio sessions, this drives her body to grow.
