Who is Zoe Daly?

Zoe Daly, commonly known as “Zozofit,” developed a passion for sports at a young age.

Throughout her childhood, Zoe started participating in competitive sports including baseball and athletics, following in the footsteps of her parents and elder brother.

Biography

Early Physical Activity

Zoe developed a love of sports during her early years. Zoe was born and reared in Australia, where she absorbed the busy lifestyles of her parents and elder brother.

Zoe started participating in a wide range of competitive sports as a result, including baseball, surfing, and athletics, in addition to her high school coursework.

During this time, Zoe was able to develop an athletic body for herself and significantly strengthen her core. At the age of 16, Zoe decided that she wanted to expand on this and made her first trip to the weight room.

In her early years of working out, Zoe struggled to maintain consistency in her exercise regimen. She also didn’t pay any attention to what she was consuming. As a result, Zoe did not achieve the anticipated progress.

By the time she was in her early twenties, this was no longer the case. At this point, Zoe began learning about how to gain lean muscle while modifying her diet.

Moving Forward

Zoe was able to develop an amazing figure that made her training companions envious due to her dedication and perseverance in the gym.

She fought her way to a second-place finish at the 2013 WBFF World Titles competition, earning a WBFF Pro Card as a result of her outstanding performance.
