Biography

Sports Starting Points

Juliana had a highly active childhood while growing up in Atlanta, Georgia, and started participating in sports at a very young age. She excelled in track and field throughout junior high and high school, her preferred sport at school.

She excelled in sprinting, pole vaulting, and swimming in high school and loved every second of competing against other teams and athletes.

She resolved to take her swimming skills as far as she could because she was exceptionally good at it.

College

She was successful in obtaining a swimming scholarship at Virginia Tech University after high school. Juliana, who is 5′ 6″, decided to take part in the freestyle and butterfly competitions.

She was a very accomplished swimmer who made a name for herself when her 200-meter freestyle team set a school record early in her career. The second-fastest time in school history, they finished their laps in 1:35.17.

Poor Diet After College

Juliana quit all of her regular sports activities after graduating from college and transformed into a “cardio bunny,” forgoing weight lifting and, admittedly, not looking her best.
