American IFBB Bikini Pro Casey Samsel was reared in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. She was successful on the bodybuilding circuit thanks to her self-driven attitude, coaching herself to IFBB Pro rank by 2014.

Biography
Sports As A Lifestyle
1989 saw the birth of Casey Samsel in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. She had a passion for competitive athletics throughout her entire youth. She enjoyed an active lifestyle and participated in track running, soccer, and javelin throwing.
Casey increased her running after graduating from high school because she didn’t want to say goodbye to her sporting days. Her love for running, which was already one of her major loves, only grew after she met her boyfriend.
After two years, Casey and her partner moved to New Jersey. She started working out hard in the gym to develop her athletic physique at this time. Casey soon started getting compliments on her appearance.
She was urged to compete on the bodybuilding stage at this point. Casey seized the opportunity and instantly understood that it had the potential to advance her fitness journey. Casey recalled this instance and said:
“I was advised to participate in the NPC in a local gym. I soon found myself preparing for my very first show and competing in my first bikini competition.
How She Got Her Pro Card
Casey was focused on being a successful bikini competitor. She didn’t want a personal trainer, though; she wanted to do it alone. This demonstrated the tremendous amount of character fortitude she possessed to continue in her fitness career.
Casey competed for the first time in 2013 at the NPC Garden States. She was able to place first in the novice category after only a few short months of diligent gym practice. This highlighted her commitment to achieving the objectives she had set for herself.
In 2014, Casey was able to expand on her accomplishments on the bodybuilding stage by winning the North American Nationals competition and receiving her Pro Card. Her professional high point and one of her proudest moments to date were this.
Casey has a platform to keep moving ahead thanks to getting her Pro Card. She eventually made it to the Mr. Olympia stage in 2017, where she quickly finished in fourth place, highlighting how far she had advanced in her fitness career.
Casey started working with personal trainer Kim Oddo after guiding herself to victory on the bodybuilding stage.

Influences And Idols

“I work to better myself. Growing up, I was never very excellent at anything, but I have discovered a talent. I’ve grown to adore the process after succeeding in bikini competitions.
I stay motivated because of all the dieting, challenging exercises, preps, and show preparation! I have a lot of IFBB Pro Bikini competitors I look up to, but certain NPC competitors also motivate me to work hard every day.
In the beginning, Casey developed a fantastic physique without the help of a personal trainer because she wanted to succeed on the bodybuilding stage on her own, and she achieved exactly that.
But by 2017, Casey wants to step up the ante. She then started working with Kim Oddo, a personal trainer. He helped Casey stay on track to advance in her fitness career and accomplish all of her bikini competition-related goals.

Casey Samsel was able to develop her love of exercise into something much more. In the process, she developed into a successful bikini competitor and, less than a year after switching to the bodybuilding stage, received her Pro Card.
