Biography
Early Years
Rob, the son of an American serviceman, was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, but spent his childhood living on military posts all over the world.
Growing up, he was very interested in sports and fitness, and he excelled in both basketball and football.
Rob started strength training at the gym as he was preparing for American football games.
His passion for bodybuilding was awakened by this, and he developed a strong attachment to the idea of developing a muscular physique for bodybuilding competitions.
He participated in a few amateur tournaments, which motivated him to continue his athletic career and explore where his diligence would lead.
The Military
Rob enlisted in the US air force in 2004 and entered the field of optometry medicine, rising to the position of basic life-support program director.
He gave cardiopulmonary resuscitation to a fallen jogger while on leave from his air force installation, and as a result, the mayor of Houston and the air force recognized him.
Building a Competition-Ready Physique
