Born and reared in Ohio (USA), Sami Bossert was a multi-talented athlete who represented her school in soccer, volleyball, softball, track, basketball, and athletics as a young girl.

After years of munching and ingesting junk food, she ultimately gained weight but she also enjoyed eating comfort food at home. She was still incredibly passionate about exercise, but she had started to dislike the way she looked.

Sami was now committed to shedding body fat and working for the physique of her dreams.

Sami Bossert decided to obtain her training certification during her time in college to broaden her understanding of fitness and nutrition.

She became aware of the fact that by altering her workout regimen and food, she could alter and grow her figure.
