The diet recommends that users should consume 45% of the food from yellow group, 30% from green group and 25% from red group.

Noom weight diet has got a mixed reaction. Antagonists state that it leads to a fractured relationship with food items. Also, all red category foods are not bad. And all green category foods are not healthy if taken in large amounts. But people might interpret things that way and feel that all green foods are healthy.
