Zara Tindall is the daughter of Princess Anne and her husband, Captain Mark Phillips. Princess Anne is the daughter of the late Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth II. Zara married Mike Tindall and had three children with him. She is a great equestrian and has competed in many competitions around the world. She has a great beauty and body and remains highly fit and slim at her age of 41 years.

Zara had also participated in Olympics previously. She is on a diet and exercise plan in order to remain slim and trim. Earlier taking about her diet she had said that she avoids two kinds of foods in her diet, namely sugar and carbs.

Zara’s daily diet plan

Zara eats healthily and in a balanced way. In her morning breakfast, she prefers Greek yoghurt with honey. And for lunch she prefers a sandwich or eggs with toast and a soup. She revealed to The Sunday Times magazine:

I don’t diet but I try to eat well and not to eat too many carbohydrates or sugary things. Lunch is quick and simple, like soup and a sandwich or eggs and toast,”

Zara prefers a light different breakfast. She avoids the typical British breakfast options such as pastries or white bread.

The athlete goes to the gym near her house at Gatcombe Park. Furthermore, Zara has an exercise bike at home. On it, she does her medium-intensity cardio workouts in the morning hours.

Zara follows two very simple food rules to stay on track. Namely, limiting carbohydrates and sugar as much as possible.”

Regarding exercise routine of the former professional athlete, Sarah explained:

“Zara likes to squeeze in a quick workout in their home gym before her children wake up – with her preference being to jump on an exercise bike for a spin,”
