Actress Natalie Portman will be again on the big screen in theaters in Thor: Love and Thunder. She has returned to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
And this time her look is even more dazzling. Fans are charmed after seeing her muscular arms on Twitter. What is the secret of this transformation?

Actress Natalie Portman is talented and gorgeous. She loses and gains weight for her different roles. For her character in Black Swan, Natalie had lost around 20 pounds.
And people were thrilled. And now in this upcoming movie, she has put on a muscular look. Her fans have gone crazy. They are curious to know what type of diet she had for this impressive transformation.
Natalie is a vegetarian and a vegan for quite a long time now. This switchover happened after she read Jonathan Safran Foer’s book Eating Animals. It convinced the actress to stop meat eating and support veganism.
, she is also a vocal activist against animal killing and consumption. In an article for HuffPost, she wrote:
“The highly documented torture of animals is unacceptable,”
Natalie’s breakfast and lunch
To get this strong body, Natalie sticks to the following daily diet. Her day begins at 7 am. And for breakfast, she has oatmeal or avocado toast. The latter has complex carbs, proteins, as well as fats. It is highly nutritious and good to start the day with. She avoids coffee but has it only if she feels too tired.
Natalie has Israeli ethnicity. Hence for her breakfast, she sometimes has Israeli food. She had uploaded its photo on her Instagram once. It consisted of chickpeas, salad, and tahini.
For her lunch, the actress has Mexican vegan food. She had told Harper’s Bazaar:
“We have great tacos right near our house. Gracias Madre has really good vegan Mexican,”
The tacos are filled with ingredients of plant origin such as spiced & roasted cauliflower, crispy oyster mushrooms, and guacamole.
Natalie adds a protein shake to this lunch. Her trainer Naomi Pendergast has put her on protein shakes along with a heavyweight training routine.
Dinner, desserts, and snacks?
Since Natalie is working, she has a quick lunch outside or on the sets. But her dinner is at home. She had revealed to Harper’s Bazaar:
“Both my husband and I cook a lot…I make a lot of couscouses and Middle Eastern food, and my husband does everything,”
She can make cous cous salad. Their dinner is usually pasta. She said:
“My ideal dinner includes pasta. We usually have Italian or Japanese food,”
Natalie has her garden and hence veggies and herbs are from home. Sometimes, they have veggie stir fry for dinner. At other times, it is oil and garlic pasta primavera.
For desserts and snacks, the star opts for Van Leeuwen vegan ice cream. But she keeps it in moderation. She revealed:
“It’s my guilty pleasure…Banana Salted Caramel is delicious, and Mint Chip is excellent. They’re in my freezer, so I can have a scoop before bed,”
