Being the lead vocalist and dancer requires her to maintain a very nice body shape. How does she keep her body in such good shape? Don’t worry if that is what you are unsure of. Any information I can uncover will be shared with you.

I made an effort to look for the exercises and routines Winter must perform and adhere to. I could learn a little bit, but it would only be about the dance routine and the hours it took every day.

There was no additional information, though Karina has said in a few interviews that they always exercised and followed a diet.

I am aware that each Kpop group is required to perform numerous dance routines and choreography. To get in shape, they also perform some stretching exercises and other exercises.
