Biography

Early fitness and participation in sports

Amy has always been heavily involved in sports and fitness. She’s been an active and athletic girl her entire life. However, she didn’t begin weightlifting until she was 19 years old.

Amy ended up enjoying the way working out in the gym made her feel. She felt not just physically powerful but also accomplished after each challenging training session.

As the months passed, she pushed herself to lift bigger weights. She eventually started to see the results of her labor of love—a body that kept getting better.

“I couldn’t believe how much my training methods were altering the form of my physique.

I got addicted all of a sudden,” Amy stated. Amy first took up fitness as a hobby. But after some time, she began to think about making it her job.

Increased Self-Belief

Amy saw an increase in self-confidence as her physical appearance continued to improve. “I had the confidence to put myself out there, try new activities, and meet new people.”

Amy finally got involved in the fitness business as a model and entrepreneur by looking for new chances. She also began sharing content on social media with the intention of motivating and inspiring other like-minded individuals.

Making Ready For Her First Show

Amy increased her exercise intensity and recruited a coach as her goal rose to get in the best form of her life. Amy had already been in training for seven years at this point.

Training

Amy hasn’t shared her entire training plan, but it’s obvious from her videos and images that she works out frequently and hard. She works out for fat loss separately with cardio at the gym several times a week.
