Biography

Young Years

Ana was highly active as a child and was born and raised in Morovis, Puerto Rico.

She participated in a variety of sports, including swimming, ballet, gymnastics, and athletics, which naturally helped her build a slim figure.

Ana had dreams of competing for her nation as a sportswoman at this time, but she had no plans to become a bikini athlete.

National Sportsman

Ana excelled at skating while in high school and participated in local teams. Her selection for the Puerto Rican national skating team, however, was her proudest moment at the time.

Ana made the trip to Columbia to live the professional athlete’s life and fulfill her dream of representing her nation.

Divorce of Parents

Although Ana had accomplished much in her youth, she had also faced some challenges. Due to her father’s bipolar diagnosis, he was quite volatile, which frequently resulted in disputes between her parents.

Ana fell in love with working out in the gym as a way to escape the stress in her family home. She decided to pursue modeling to achieve her ideal physique.

There was no escape from her parent’s divorce, though. The Puerto Rican athlete moved out quickly with her father, but nothing improved after that.

Adapting to Death

Ana’s father’s cancer diagnosis that same year just made things worse for her. Ana had reached her lowest point at this point, and she had quit working out in the gym and was experiencing sadness.

She nevertheless possessed the power to bounce back stronger.

Modeling

Despite going through a really difficult time, Ana continued to pursue her dream of becoming a model. She submitted countless applications in the hopes of being accepted by one of the organizations.

Her perseverance eventually paid off. Ana got accepted into a prestigious modeling agency in America thanks to her perseverance and drive for success.

To establish herself as a model, the young Puerto Rican girl packed her luggage and traveled to Miami.

Death of a Brother

Ana adored living in the land of opportunity for two weeks while putting a lot of effort into her goal of being a successful model. She did, however, learn more sad news from her native nation.

Ana abandoned everything behind and flew back to Puerto Rico as soon as she learned that her younger brother had been hurt in a catastrophic motorcycle accident.

After staying with her for a week, her brother passed away in the hospital. Ana’s career as a fashion model was in jeopardy since her depression had returned and she had gained weight.

Exercise Journey

Ana went through another difficult time in her life, but with the support of her friends and family, she was able to bounce back. But she decided to leave the fashion business and look for another job.

A few months later, Ana happened to catch a TV commercial featuring fitness models and bodybuilders. She was immediately motivated to go back to the gym and finish building her dream body.

She met many bodybuilders and athletes in the gym after returning to America, who inspired her to pursue her passion. It didn’t take long for Ana to make significant improvements at the gym with the right focus and drive.

She was inspired to start competing as a bikini athlete by her pals, and she ramped up her game to get ready for the stage.

Inaugural Competition

Ana had a fantastic body after a year of rigorous training and nutrition. She aimed to finish in the top three when she entered her maiden competition, the 2011 NPC NY Metropolitan, and she succeeded in doing so.

Ana won over the judges with her excellent physique and finished a close second in her first competition. She was motivated by this to seek a career as a bikini athlete.

Pro Card

Ana participated in a whopping 13 tournaments over the following two years, winning 5 awards, and finishing in the top 3 multiple times.

Her greatest accomplishment, though, happened around the end of 2013. Ana competed at the 2013 NPC Team Universe & Fitness National Championships after becoming known as a rising fitness celebrity.

Amazingly, the Puerto Rican contestant won the championship, but there was more. Ana got an IFBB Pro Card at the age of 33, fulfilling her dream of being a professional athlete.

By 2016, Ana had attracted a lot of attention in the bodybuilding community and was well-known for her amazing figure. Following the Puerto Rican athlete on social media, admirers from all around the world learned about her motivational story.

At age 36, Ana established herself as a fitness icon, inspiring numerous followers to live a healthy lifestyle and pursue their aspirations.

Training

Ana works out in the gym five days a week, taking one day off to rest and spending the other day running. Depending on the activity, she performs sets of 3-5 reps with 8 to 20 total.

Ana likes to incorporate supersets into her weightlifting since she thinks her body benefits from them. Except on leg days, she typically works out many muscle groups during a session.
