France’s Saint-Tropez is where Anais Zanotti was born and raised. Her father, who was born in Palermo, Sicily, is the source of her Italian heritage. On the other side, her mother is a French native.

Motivating People After Injury
She had suffered a severe ankle injury that required her to use crutches for more than two months. Amazingly, Anais learned to work around her disability and continued to use crutches to go to the gym.

When it comes to her diet, Anais keeps things simple. She consumes a lot of fruits, veggies, and other nutritious things to maintain her amazing physique.
Every time Anais has a demanding training session, she makes sure to eat extra carbohydrates that day. She often eats six meals a day.
She enjoys preparing her meals ahead of time. By doing this, she saves time by having her meals prepared for the hectic week ahead.
Anais will indulge in a large burger, fries, cake, or some other cheat dish once or twice every week. Pasta and pizza are obviously among her favorites because “I’m Italian from my dad’s side, so I have a strong weakness for these things.”
