Biography
Young Years
Anita wasn’t a fitness enthusiast growing up; until she was in her early teens, she had never set foot in a gym. She was born and reared in a little village outside of Budapest, Hungary.
After enrolling in college at the age of 18, she relocated to Budapest in 2007. She had a pretty bad lifestyle during this time, going out every week to party and constantly consuming booze and junk food.
Depart for America
After graduating from college three years later, Anita was immediately thrust into the working world. She suffered for the next two years as a result of the limited prospects in her country of origin (Hungary).
Anita visited her best friend in Miami, America, in 2012 when she was 22 years old; this decision would eventually change her life.
The future fitness model loved her time in the country and decided to stay since she wanted to improve her life in Miami.
She had never worked out at a gym, even at this stage.
Beginning a Fitness Journey
Anita continued her partying ways for the following few years, but by the time she was 24, she was tired of going out and drinking. She hoped to settle down by 2014.
She was able to maintain her leanness because of her excellent genetics, and it wasn’t long before she met the man who would become her husband. He was the one who inspired her to start her adventure.
Anita began going to the gym and adhering to a strict diet at the age of 24.
Speaking with Michelle Lewin
Under her husband’s supervision, Anita had molded an outstanding physique by 2015. Fortunately, Anita lived in the same building and trained in the same gym as her fitness heroine, Michelle Lewin, whom she met at this moment.
Anita was inspired to start competing as a female bodybuilder when Michelle expressed admiration for her physique. Anita ramped up her game and started getting ready for her first concert after getting the urge to compete.
Inaugural Competition
Later that year, during the 2015 NPC Southern States and CJ’s Classic, Anita entered the ring for the first time. Anita did an amazing job of taking the trophy and the overall victory home.
She focused on obtaining her Pro Card.
Added Shows
Anita participated in 4 further shows during the following year, winning every one of them. She triumphed in every competition, winning the overall crowns in the process.
Anita’s greatest accomplishment, though, was still to come.
The 2015 NPC Southern States show was won by Anita.
Card Pro
By competing at the IFBB Arnold Amateur North America, the Hungarian bikini athlete got the year off to a strong start. Her triumphs had garnered a lot of interest, and by finishing in the top 3, she was given the chance to join the professional ranks.
Anita exceeded all expectations and finished in second place two years after starting her fitness journey. She didn’t add any more trophies to her collection, but she had accomplished enough to get her Pro Card.
Anita achieved her goal of being a professional bikini athlete at the age of 27.

Training
Anita doesn’t take a day off from training as other athletes do. She exercises her cardio on Sunday instead, giving her rest of her body a day’s vacation from weightlifting.
Anita varies the types of exercises she does, working out several muscle groups on certain days and concentrating on a single body area on others. In sets of 4, she performs 15-20 reps to maintain and enhance her fantastic figure.
She spends around 40 minutes per session working out on the Stairmaster or treadmill with a high inclination.

Anita has drawn inspiration from a variety of fitness role models along the way. She has been encouraged by many of them to succeed.
However, she cites Michelle Lewin as her role model because Anita knows her well and used to live and train in the same building and gym as Michelle.
