Biography
Adolescence and Childhood
Ashley Sarina Hoffmann was born on January 31, 1988, in Milwaukee. She has always been competitive and has participated in a variety of sports activities.
She was a dedicated track and field competitor who also ran the 100- and 300-meter hurdles and the triple jump. When Ashley was younger, she also loved horseback riding, but as Ashley puts it, “it fizzled out as soon as I graduated high school.”
Ashley picked up the habit of consuming a lot of unhealthy food as she grew older. She was quite busy and had a quick metabolism, so it didn’t really affect her much, but eventually, it caught up to her.
She remarked, “I participated in varsity track and field in high school. I participated in all open and relay sprinting events.
In addition to the 100 and 300 hurdles, the long and triple jumps. Because I was so active in track and field and didn’t weigh more than 100 pounds, I could get away with eating whatever I wanted.
College Routines
Ashley completely lost track of her nutrition and even neglected training when she entered college. Studying all week and drinking booze on the weekends eventually caught up with her.
Her physical condition began to deteriorate, and as a result, she was not feeling well. Ashley realized that if she wanted to feel better, she would have to alter her lifestyle.
Ashley shot weddings for a few years before quitting because she was dissatisfied with the way her body looked while she was pursuing her passion for photography.
She said, “However, I was unhappy with my body because I wasn’t interested in sports or was not particularly active.
My lack of exercise and teen-like eating patterns were quickly catching up with me.
Comeback
Ashley decided to pick up her previous workout routines once more and become in shape. She also started attending the gym with a friend who was a personal trainer.
Ashley rapidly gained a toned body and felt like her old self as soon as she began to eat healthfully and received training from her pal.
Competitions
Ashley began to participate in bikini shows not long after recovering her health and amazing shape.
Early in 2012, she competed in her first show in Wisconsin and won both the height class and the overall competition.
She went on to win further competitions, including the 2012 NPC Natural Northern USA Championship and the Bikini D Class, where she won first place and was crowned the overall bikini champion.
The 2013 WBFF World Championship was ultimately won by Ashley, who was also given her Pro Card in the Fitness Diva division.
“I have lost a couple of extremely close friends while I was getting ready for gigs,” adds Ashley.
I always found that to be very challenging, but I managed to get through it. I have also experienced some extremely trying moments in terms of my health.
Living a Non-Competitive Life
Ashley decided to work on being an online trainer and expanding her social media following after she competes in 2013, the NPC Team Universe, where she finished in the top 20.
Needless to say, she was successful in doing so and is now working tirelessly to build her business, which allows her to provide personal training services to a wide range of clients worldwide.
“I was addicted instantly and became even more addicted once I started seeing muscle. That was the start of it all for me.“
Training
Squats, deadlifts, and lateral raises are Ashley’s go-to exercises. She admits that lateral rises are by far her favorite ones and claims that they give her the nicest feeling because they are so difficult.
Leg Exercise
Ashley Sarina Hoffmann is passionate about working out her legs since, in her opinion, nothing can match the pleasure she gets after a strenuous leg workout.
She also emphasizes the importance of a full warm-up before beginning working sets for anyone who has issues with their knees or hip flexors.

“Keeping variety in your diet will help break up the monotony. I incorporate different protein, carb, and fat sources on a regular basis so that I’m never bored.”
Nutrition
American consumes only entire, organic foods. She adheres to the adage “you are what you eat,” and claims that by nourishing her body with high-quality foods, she maintains a year-round ideal shape.
Lean meats, fruits, and protein powder make up the majority of her diet. Ashley consumes foods made from whole grains as a source of carbs. She gets her fat from nut butter, almonds, avocados, and coconut oil.
Ashley stated that she includes a serving of veggies in every meal and cited them as one of the most crucial components of her diet.
Ashley occasionally allows herself a cheat meal because she thinks that as long as it fits her macros, it won’t hurt her diet.
Supplementation
Ashley enjoys taking fish oil, vitamin C, L-carnitine, BCAAs, and multivitamins as supplements.
