Biography (Early Life)

Cheerleading And Athletics

Brooke Walker

Lago Vista, Texas, served as Brooke Walker’s upbringing. She claims that as a child, she was a “tomboy” and different from other females her age. Brooke “would much rather be outside getting dirty” and practicing sports than playing with dolls.

Broke participated in a variety of sports and school events while in high school. This includes cheerleading, which quickly took the lead as her preferred pastime.

We spent many hours in the yard practicing tumbles, she remarked. I eventually received a cheering scholarship to a tiny college in Kansas, but I later made up my mind to take a different path!

Utilizing Weightlifting To Channel Negative Emotions

For Brooke, participating in cheerleading and sports was not only enjoyable but also served as a distraction from the domestic issues she had to cope with. As she put it;

“I wanted to focus on sports because I didn’t always have the finest experiences at home.”

Broke had acquired experience in a variety of sports by the time he graduated from high school, including basketball, track, and even weightlifting.

Years After High School

Except for weightlifting, Brooke quit most of her pastimes after high school.

Over time, Brooke developed a special relationship with working out in the gym. She developed a fondness for the sensation following an effective workout. She quickly began a profession in fitness as a result of this.

She continued her education by studying health and behavioral sciences to increase her understanding of the human body and health.

Brooke worked out diligently in the gym as well, gradually changing the way her physique looked. At this point, she appeared fitter than ever.

A Career In The IFBB And PT Certification

Brooke continued to pursue her love of fitness after graduating from college by becoming a licensed personal trainer. According to Brooke, “I was now well on my way to having the job of my dreams.”

After beginning to compete in Women’s Physique shows in 2014, Brooke entered the IFBB Pro Circuit in just 2 years after winning the 2015 Nationals.

In 2016, Brooke made her professional debut by finishing second at the IFBB St. Louis Pro. She has since advanced in both her professional career as a competitor and as a personal coach.

Women’s Training Advice

Heavy lifting has never been a problem for Brooke. Nothing compares to pushing herself over her limitations in the gym and getting better every year for her.

Many of Brooke’s female clientele, meanwhile, don’t have the same enthusiasm. According to Brooke, many of her female customers avoid exercising weights out of concern that they will appear “bulky.”

Women are always afraid of developing large muscles, therefore I find it quite comforting to assure them that this won’t happen.

But after years of working with female clients, Brooke has discovered that lifting weights only serves to highlight a woman’s beauty and femininity, as opposed to cardio, which doesn’t tone muscles in the same manner.

Nutrition (Diet Plan)

Brooke is a big animal lover and a pescetarian. She doesn’t eat meat; instead, she solely consumes fish.

Brooke can also get protein from grains, legumes, dairy products, and eggs.

Additionally, she consumes slow-releasing carbohydrates like sweet potatoes and brown rice to prevent blood sugar spikes.

Brooke consumes cold-pressed oils like extra virgin coconut oil as well as nuts, seeds, avocados, and other healthy fats.

As for supplements, Brooke uses the fundamentals, namely;

  • Protein powder
  • BCAAs
  • Pre-Workout
  • Vitamins and Minerals

Influences And Idols

When Brooke was little, she claims she was “obsessed” with football. Her grandmother, on the other hand, persuaded her to attempt cheerleading.

In Brooke’s own words: “I loved football as a kid and always wanted to play the game! Imogene Byrd, my grandmother, convinced me to switch to cheerleading!”
