Biography

Young Years

Caitlin was born and raised in Texas, but she spent a lot of her youth moving around the country because her father served in the army and was regularly transferred to new stations.

She started working out in the gym as a result, trying to get away from the pressures of being an “army brat.” By the time she was 16, Caitlin had turned to fitness as her means of escape.

Modeling

At the age of 16, Caitlin Rice was scouted to work as a fashion model in 2006. It turned out that this wasn’t the ideal work for her, though.

Caitlin was put on a tight diet to reach the required clothing sizes for her work as a model, which required that she consume very few calories.

She quickly grew dissatisfied with her lifestyle, though, and made the decision to give modeling up in favor of going to college to earn a degree.

College

Caitlin began attending her hometown’s Southern Methodist University when she was 18 years old (Dallas, Texas). She continued working out in the gym during this time, but she also started engaging in usual student activities like drinking heavily.

Caitlin gained 15 pounds as a result, with no discernible muscle definition.

I put on 15 pounds and became what I refer to as “thin fat.” I had a small belly from all the drinking and awful food I was eating, and I had no muscle definition.

Exercise Journey

In her senior year of college, Caitlin decided that she’d had enough of partying. The prospective personal trainer gave up booze and bad food and decided to devote her time to building the body of her dreams.

Over the following year, Caitlin developed a passion for weightlifting and fell in love with the sport. She also began to learn about the optimal diet and exercise techniques.

Caitlin Rice achieved her desired figure and developed an addiction to her healthy lifestyle thanks to her updated knowledge of fitness. She made much greater progress toward her goals thanks to this.

Star of Social Media

Caitlin set up social media accounts toward the end of 2012 to share her journey with the fitness community. She began earning a ton of Instagram followers after starting to publish daily training photos and videos.

She must, however, control her sweet tooth. To accomplish this, she bakes mug cakes, pancakes, muffins, and protein cookies to sate her desires without eating too many calories.

Every week, the fitness icon allows herself one cheat meal, which is typically pepperoni pizza.
