Camile Periat prioritizes meal planning and preparation. This helps her save time and prevents her from overindulging in junk food when cravings strike.
Whatever diet strategy you choose, she says, it all comes down to preparation and setting your day up for success.
‘Off-season’ and ‘pre-contest’ phases exist for Camile as a professional bikini competitor. She modifies her caloric intake at each stage to accomplish a certain objective, such as weight loss or muscle gain.
In her own words, Camile has the following to say about dieting: “Diet is 80% (perhaps more) of the process. I employ several dieting strategies depending on where I am in life (on-season or off-season).
While I am adaptable during my offseason, I have a fairly rigid schedule before shows.
I place a lot of importance on certain foods and the timing of nutrients since it maintains my hunger at a minimum and supports my activity levels throughout the day. Camila Periat
What Camile Periat Can Teach Us?
Camile can keep up her incredible shape year after year because of her intelligent and planned approach to dieting. However, Camile’s achievement is a result of several factors, not only following a rigid workout regimen.
Camile’s perspective is the less evident factor in her ascent to the top. Camile Periat’s ability to maintain her discipline even when she doesn’t feel like working out or eating well is what makes her the champion that she is.
