Biography

Caroline was born and reared in Santa Catarina, Brazil, where she competed in a variety of sports as a child, including ballet, paddleboarding, boxing, motocross racing, and surfing.
She decided to move to the USA after earning her college degree.
Caroline’s move to the land of opportunity wasn’t simple, and she developed a comfortable eating habit of junk food to help her cope with the pressures of her new situation.
The Brazilian gained weight as a result, and he also developed sadness.
Injury
Caroline had a difficult time at first adjusting to her new American lifestyle, but she eventually settled in and had a desire to get back in shape.
She started training to be a stunt double as a result, but she almost immediately experienced another setback.
The Brazilian stunt double had a catastrophic knee injury while putting in a lot of work to prepare for her new career. As a result, Caroline needed knee replacement surgery, which put a halt to her progress as a stunt duplicate.
But this time, she managed to avoid falling into the depressive trap.

Her dedication paid off, and after wowing the judges on her debut, she was awarded a trophy.
But this was only the beginning.

Caroline advanced in her new career while feeling good about her victory. She was featured on many magazine covers and regarded as a rising star in the fitness sector.

Training
Caroline works out for two hours every day for two weeks before contests to ensure she burns enough calories to be in top physical shape.
The Brazilian trains six times per week, giving her body Sundays to relax and regenerate. Caroline also emphasizes on her legs three times per week while working her upper body the other three.
