Biography

History of Caryn Nicole Paolini

Caryn Nicole Paolini was an exceptionally active infant when she was born in The Windy City of Chicago in 1986. Early on, her parents instilled values like regular exercise and a balanced diet in her.

Growing up, Caryn enjoyed playing sports, gymnastics, and running about. Caryn, on the other hand, found it quite difficult to eat healthily.

To instill the value of a nutritious diet in her, her parents packed her lunch with items like carrots, apples, and other fruits and vegetables.

My parents stressed the value of developing healthy eating habits to me when I was a child, according to Caryn.

Because my lunchbox was filled with bran muffins, apple slices, and carrot sticks, I was the child in the lunchroom that no one wanted to share snacks with. At the time, I detested it, but now I’m appreciative.

But Caryn didn’t understand the value of being healthy until she started college.

University Years

Caryn became aware of the effect nutrition had on her health while she was a college student. At this point, she started to have trouble making good eating decisions.

Caryn’s weight began to fluctuate, going “from attractive highs to harmful lows,” as she puts it. Caryn would start eating badly after gaining a little weight, which would cause her weight to fall dangerously low.

However, this was only a small aspect of Caryn’s larger issue, which included the development of eating and body image issues. Caryn eventually got these diseases due to her frequent diet changes, which made her feel and look miserable.

“I liked exercising, but I never realized how crucial proper diet is to leading a healthy life. My weight fluctuated for years when I was in college because I found it difficult to keep up with proper eating practices.

Psychologist at Schools

Caryn moved to her new residence and began working as an elementary school psychologist after receiving her degree.

Caryn started a new career but was still plagued by health and body image issues that kept her from living life to the fullest.

Fitness Reversal

Caryn’s eating patterns didn’t start to change until 2012. She first learned about weightlifting and bikini fitness competitions at this point.

Despite having little prior experience, Caryn decided to train for her first bikini fitness competition because she saw it as the ideal solution to her food and body image problems.

It turned out that Caryn’s decision to compete helped her more than anything else she had ever done. As she prepared for her first show, Caryn learned how to eat well and to think of the food she consumed as fuel.

Caryn eventually became passionate about eating well and looking after both her physical and mental well-being. She started to seem thin and fit as a result, her physical appearance beginning to reflect her “inside” alteration.

Swimsuit Debut

Caryn trained alone for the first 10 weeks of her preparation for the bikini show. For help getting in shape, she explored online tools as well as diet and fitness periodicals.

Caryn later understood, however, that she couldn’t travel the entire route to her first competition by herself. As a result, she started looking for a coach who might assist her in perfecting her workout plan, diet, and posing technique.

Caryn first met Staci Boyer, a coach, three weeks prior. He assisted her in the latter stages of her preparations to make sure she entered the stage in the finest possible condition.

After several months of arduous labor and sacrifice, in April 2012. First time in her life, Caryn stepped into the bikini stage. Caryn recalls how happy she was and how she couldn’t stop thinking about participating after the event.

Competitions in 2012

It didn’t take Caryn long to return to the stage. She won first place in both her height class and the overall category at the NPC Mid-States Muscle Class this time.

Caryn participated in five contests at the end of 2012. with two wins and a placing as runner-up.

Making Fitness My Full-Time Job

After some time, Caryn made the risky decision to work full-time in the fitness industry. She quit her position as a school psychologist and began to train and compete on the bikini stage more frequently.

Caryn then started developing her knowledge of diet and weight training. She first obtained her training certification, which was followed a few months later by her sports nutritionist qualification.

However, Caryn’s ambitious efforts in fitness were only getting started. Later, she launched her online competition preparation, diet and exercise coaching, and lifestyle coaching programs.

In addition to all of this, Caryn persisted in a bikini competition, earning her Pro Card at the 2013 NPC Nationals.

Caryn’s Professional Life

At the 2014 St. Louis Pro, Caryn made her professional debut while still on a high from her victory on the bikini stage. She came in fourth that day, just missing Jessica Arevalo for the top three spots.

As she progressed from there, Caryn competed in events like the Dennis James Classic, Dallas Pro, and Europa Super Show as she worked her way up the bikini pro ladder.

Caryn had participated in seven different IFBB Pro competitions by 2016.

Future Contests

Caryn continued to compete at the highest level in 2016 and 2017. Her online fitness coaching business is also growing.

The top three finishes at the 2016 Salt City Showdown and the runner-up finish at the 2016 MuscleContest Pro were some of Caryn’s most notable performances during this time.

Her long list of accomplishments in competing and fitness. As a bikini athlete and online personal trainer, Caryn has continued to enhance her reputation.

She states that she has no plans to stop and feels grateful and blessed for the experiences, connections, and possibilities that competing and being healthy have given her.

“Like most people, I got into fitness because I wanted to look and feel better. But what I didn’t realize at the time was that the real transformation was happening on the inside. I was becoming more confident. I was becoming more empowered.

And in turn I was able to release myself from self-doubt and fear, step outside of my comfort zone, and ultimately do the I most wanted to do and achieve the fulfillment I always desired.”
