Biography
Young, Adulthood, and High School
California’s Bay Area is where Chris was born in 1990. Throughout his early years, he led a bad lifestyle. This included regularly consuming unhealthy foods.
He consequently started the fight against fat. Chris reflects on his high school years as follows:
In high school, I was on the road to obesity. I decided to try out for football and change my life. I was starting from nothing and took a hammering in the weight room, but the discipline I picked up playing football sparked a fire that would never go out.
Chris grew increasingly dissatisfied with his appearance throughout this time. He had low self-confidence as a result of bullying and anxieties about his appearance.
Chris quickly concluded that enough was enough. He decided to take matters into his own hands and signed up to play soccer and American football. He started lifting weights because at first, he lacked the strength to excel in these activities.
Chris started working out with weights and doing cardio six to seven days a week at this time. He was confident that working out hard would produce effective benefits. As a result, he started steadily raising his level of fitness.
Improving His Fitness Levels
Chris set himself the ultimate objective of saying goodbye to his struggles with fat. However, he committed errors that prevented him from producing the best results.
He did this by restricting his diet to peanut butter sandwiches and oranges.
He soon understood, though, that this was keeping him from realizing his fitness potential. At this point, Chris started looking into macronutrients and overhauling his diet.
Chris consequently made significant improvements. He eventually wanted to advance his fitness career, so he started participating in the bodybuilding stage.
Reaching The Bodybuilding Stage
At the 2013 California Natural Muscle Mayhem bodybuilding competition, Chris entered his first contest. He quickly finished in second place in the men’s open medium division, demonstrating that his dedication to the gym had paid off.
Chris started preparing for his second competition of the year later in 2013. The OCB Arizona Natural bodybuilding competition was attended by him.
He repeated his first competition’s achievement by taking second in the men’s bodybuilding open B class.
From this moment on, Chris decided to change course with his fitness profession. His purpose was to enable others to achieve similar fitness objectives. To do just that, he then started his training company.
The Present
Since its inception, Chris Lavado’s training business has expanded quickly. He was able to use it as a platform to pursue his passion for doing good deeds while also overcoming setbacks to keep pursuing his objectives.
He eventually earned sponsorship as a result. This highlighted how far he had advanced in his work as a fitness professional.
Chris used this as a foundation for his motivation since he wanted to set an example for his online clients and followers.
Chris eventually stopped competing to concentrate on his training business since he wanted it to continue expanding every year.
He had the opportunity to improve his life through fitness. He now wants to assist others in getting the body of their dreams.
Training
Chris concentrates his workouts on compound movements like the deadlift and squat to keep his physique in the best possible shape.
Additionally, depending on whether he is competing or not, he does cardio in a steady state 5–6 times each week.

Chris used to eat primarily clean foods with the occasional cheat meal, but he now says that this approach to nutrition wasn’t right for him:
“I think cheat meals are a recipe for disaster. I used to do them myself. They present a psychological weakness… and in most cases force you to binge in one way or another”.
Chris crafts his healthy substitutions for popular cheat meals to sate his sweet desire. Below is a recipe that he makes:
