Who is David Laid?
From a young age, David Laid’s fitness adventure took off, and he went on to become a social media celebrity, sponsored athlete, and fitness model.
But before that, he had to get through the problems he had when he was a teenager and was having trouble adjusting to daily life.

Biography
Young Life
1998 saw the birth of David Laid in Estonia. He tragically lost his father when he was 2 years old when he tragically fell off the side of a ship that was docked, suffering terrible injuries.
The tragedy devastated his mother, who decided to go to the US a few years later to start a new life for herself and David.
At the age of 14, the bullying started to affect David because of his thin build; at this time, he weighed just 98 lbs.
Because of this, he felt self-conscious about his appearance, which led to further problems with confidence. This simply made things worse as he didn’t have a father to support him.
David’s scoliosis was discovered, which made things worse. The bullying persisted even after the physicians urged him to begin weight training. David claims that as a result, this had a detrimental effect on his life:
The way I felt about myself and how I looked severely affected every part of my life. I was a twig in the wind.
David, however, concluded that his lack of self-assurance was preventing him from leading a productive life. David realized that he needed to improve his life at this moment, and he subsequently discovered fitness.
How Fitness Changed His Life
David set out on a mission to fill up his lean physique with muscle. He was able to do this to go past his former life-controlling personal confidence concerns.
David started by using YouTube to investigate methods for gaining muscle.

David claims that his constant weakness has been a lack of appetite. avoiding consuming excessive quantities of food regularly.
