Diego Tinoco’s Exercise Program
I did learn a few things about the Diego workout after doing some extensive study on it, but they are merely tidbits of knowledge.
Currently, no statistics can tell us what activities Diego performs to stay fit; however, we all know that he enjoys working out and does a lot of weight training.
But don’t worry, I believe we can work something out.
I would estimate that 80 to 90 percent of the program would be a weight routine, with the remaining 20 to 30 percent made up of bodyweight exercises and aerobic exercises based on Diego’s growth and muscle development. We shall therefore concentrate on lifting weights six days a week.
Workouts by Diego Tinoco consist of:
Cardio
Now, I would advise beginning a brief 20-minute aerobic HIIT exercise that will aid in warming up and preparing our bodies for the main workout.
You can use any cardio equipment you like; a treadmill or hydro-rowing machine are my recommendations. Concentrate on switching between the sprint and the moderate pace once per minute.
Strength Training
The majority of the weight training program involves practicing single-body part exercises every other day. In addition, we will perform a fast circuit abs exercise after every weight routine session so that we may target every muscle and achieve the best results.
Without having to be concerned about negative repercussions on your body, you can exercise your core muscles every day.

Diego Tincoco’s Diet
The diet is now kept a secret as well. It’s more possible that it hasn’t been made public yet because nobody has specifically asked the actor to share his diet.
Diego’s diet would probably benefit from a high protein and moderate carbohydrate intake as he bulked out and grew muscle, though. So let’s look at a diet that will enable you to achieve Diego Tinoco’s physique.
Diego Tinoco’s diet consists of:
Breakfast
- Oatmeal with almond milk, protein scoop, banana, and berries
Snack
- Protein smoothie
Lunch
- Chicken
- Veggies
- Rice
- Salad
Evening Snack
- Protein bar
- Nuts
Dinner
- Salmon/steak/turkey
- Veggies
- Sweet potato
That’s all for the Diego Tinoco diet plan.
