Biography (Early Life)
Leaving A Legacy
Eleonora Dobrinina’s father, one of the most accomplished athletes in the Soviet Union, left a lasting influence on her when she was growing up in Russia.
In every competition he entered, her father, professional wrestler Victor Dobrinin, finished first or second. She was particularly struck by his obnoxious presence and his capacity to obtain anything he desired. Everyone respected and admired him. His small daughter was left with a lasting impression as a result of this.
He consistently obtained his goals, and those around him adored and loved him. That picture has lodged itself in my brain for good.
It was quite difficult for little Eleonora and her mother when he passed away at the young age of 36 because he had such a profound impact on them. When he passed away, she was only 14 years old.
She promised herself at the time, “I’ll be like him when he’s at his best, and I’ll do everything in my power to make him proud of me. even if they are not intimate.
Eleonora then started going to the gym every single day. She was already a certified aerobics instructor, but the club owners were impressed with her enthusiasm and gave her a job as a personal trainer.
Although she recalls feeling “fortunate,” she had a concern: “I wasn’t sure I could truly manage to be with someone one-on-one and motivate them to listen to me and follow me as an expert on training.”
Making A Difference
Unaware of it, many gymgoers looked to her for motivation and inspiration due to her unwavering dedication to exercising and leading a healthy lifestyle.
I didn’t even recognize how I appeared or that people were assuming I was a professional coach and athlete, Elanora remarked.
People flocked to my classes and jumped right in, telling me that I motivated them to work harder and look better and that they looked up to me because of the way I looked.
Everyone turned to Eleonora Dobrinina for diet and exercise advice, and she was more than willing to assist in the effort to make others healthy by demonstrating to them what can be accomplished with dedication and hard work.
One of her biggest aspirations was realized when she finished her training course, and she is thankful for everything she has accomplished. In her reflections on her life’s journey, Eleonora adopts a philosophical stance:
“Sometimes we don’t understand what we are accomplishing and where we are until suddenly we find we are no longer just pupils, but instructors.”
“The objectives are met, and the duties that come with success increase.
Constant labor combined with persistent optimistic thinking produces results! If you truly desire something, you will undoubtedly realize it one day if you follow your passion and dream about it every single day. You can’t even “expect” it; it just happens when you think about it and takes action.
Departing For America
Eleonora’s mother chose to emigrate from Moldova to Canada in 2005 after a few years of building a reputation as one of the top trainers in her neighborhood.
Eleonora then followed. When she moved, she had to start over from scratch at the age of 23, giving up everything she had worked for.
Her connection with fitness faltered as a result of her having to work two jobs outside the fitness sector, her early struggles with English, which held her back, and the difficulty she had finding time to work out.
She looked forward to each day when she could return to the gym since it was the one thing that could save her at this point in her life.
Things were looking bleak for Eleonora because she had to work many jobs to make ends meet and was unable to enroll in English classes due to her hectic schedule.
However, one image stuck in her mind during these trying times: her father’s beaming smile encouraging her to keep going.
“Remember how my father, who I consider to be my number one inspiration, never gave up and was always upbeat and smiling? I keep going forward, step by step, learning English on my own, beginning to meet new people, and having the opportunity to work out more when I could since it gives me the strength to think about it.
Putting On Weight
Eleonora learned early on that her body easily stores additional weight if she stops exercising or starts eating more than she needs.
This was alright at first because she worked at the gym and taught classes from 8 am to 11 pm on the majority of days, but as she adjusted to her new lifestyle in Canada, the weight began to increase.
Her weight increased from 118 to 126 after six months in the nation, which was the first indication that she needed to start watching what she ate.
Eleonora claims that during her pregnancy, her weight spiraled out of control. Due to a change in her hormones, she became unable to stop eating.
His body started retaining a lot of weight. Elanora had never experienced anything like this before because, throughout her youth and early adulthood, she had always been in good physical shape.

“My mouth never shuts in the mornings, the days, or especially the nights! I always ate, although I am
unable to control it. Now that I look back, I believe I was capable, but at the time, my friends and family and I all told ourselves the same thing: “I am going to lose everything the moment I give birth and suddenly transform back into the same Ella.”
Eleonora’s desire to immediately after the pregnancy return to being fit and slender did not stop, nor did her eating. She was adamant that the weight will lose.
Her weight scaled up to 220 just before giving delivery, which was roughly half of her typical weight.
Pro Sports Model
Eleonora was shocked to see 226 pounds on the scales when she first weighed herself after giving child because she knew it was time to lose weight.
Eleonora smiled sweetly but kept quiet, defying the doctor’s orders to refrain from any physical activity for at least six weeks after giving birth because she knew she’d be returning to the gym far sooner than others anticipated.
“At that time, I detested looking in the mirror when I got out of bed every morning.
I made an effort to avoid looking, but when I did, I found myself telling myself, “I detest this person,” “I am going to transform myself,” “I am going to mend this,” and “I am going to look even better than before,” because I love myself enough to do so.
Eleonora spent most of her life in excellent shape, so it’s obvious that the adjustment was difficult for her. However, at 226 lbs., she was desperate to make a difference.
Elenora put in more effort than she had ever put in before, her diet was “on-point,” her training was extensive and demanding, and the weight began to gradually come off.
She didn’t take long to start gaining notoriety on social media as a professional athlete and fitness icon.
When she met some friends over the summer of 2012 who introduced her to the WBFF organization, her desire of losing weight and getting back into shape became a reality. Without hesitation, she stepped on stage in great form.
Eleonora’s career as a fitness model has taken off, and although this was just the beginning for her, it’s far from over. She now has one of the strongest and most defined bodies the world has ever seen.
“I decided to move organizations from the WBFF to the IFBB, and I can now say that it was the best decision I’ve ever made in my short but seasoned career as a competitor!”
Competition Background
Eleonora came on stage for the first time in 2012 and won first place after working hard to lose weight and exercise as she’d never trained before.
Then, in 2015, Eleonora switched to represent the IFBB. She eventually went on to win three competitions, the first two of which were with the OPA and CBFF in Canada. She entered the IFBB Pro Fitness Competition on July 18.
“It’s in my nature to never be happy with what I accomplish; to me, it’s never enough and never quite right!” Thus, my drive to improve myself is what keeps me motivated.
