The gorgeous actress Elizabeth Hurley, 57 keeps posting her pics in bikini on her Instagram. She shares the bikinis from her Elizabeth Hurley Beach Collection. Elizabeth models her swimwear on her Instagram. It leaves her fans thoroughly impressed.
Lately, two days back, she posted a video of herself on her Instagram page. She was wearing a turquoise two-piece bikini with gold hardware. She was posing in front of a bathroom mirror and her stomach looked well-toned. Her hair was loose and in waves. She had worn a pair of oversized blue framed sunglasses in this video. The caption read:
“Back in a bikini.”
It impressed her fans who wanted to know from her the secret of her beauty and physique.
Fan comments and Elizabeth’s exercise regime

Does she spend long hours in gym? The answer is NO. Elizabeth has three spin classes a day. She said:
“I don’t do any set exercise but can’t sit still for long…,”
“I love working in my garden and am never happier than when wielding a strimmer. I walk my dogs a lot too.”
She squats while brushing teeth to tone her legs and buttocks. She walks her dog for 20 minutes daily and does a lot of gardening. Proudly she said:
“I do as much outside during the winter as I do during the summer,”
“Not only do I feel, well, actually exhausted, but also I feel that I’ve got the leaves up, which is also a nice thing.”
“I’d rather do housework than go to the gym. I’d rather scrub a mirror—it does just as much.”
Elizabeth’s diet
Elizabeth has a healthy and balanced diet too. Talking on it, she revealed:
“I actually eat quite a lot, but very little junk or processed foods and don’t drink much alcohol,”
“I try to eat lots of vegetables and never eat between meals.”

The actress continued:
“I’m at least 10 pounds heavier than I was 20 years ago but I don’t care. I probably eat a bit more now but I don’t eat takeaways and only drink sodas once in a blue moon. Life’s too short to be on a super-strict diet.”
Moreover, for skin she uses Esteé Lauder’s skin product for anti-ageing two times a day. She said:
“I think I’ve been lucky because I’ve been with the company for 24 years so I’ve had really good products at my fingertips — and I use a lot of them.”
“My most favourite product of all has always been Advanced Night Repair which is a serum that I was given my first bottle of when I first joined the company in 1995, and I’ve used it religiously twice a day ever since.”
Additionally, she uses La Mer products, Moisturising Soft Cream and says it helps her. She uses more skin cosmetics than she used to two decades back.
