At the age of 52, she passed away on October 23, 2012.

The actor gave the impression that he was concerned for his daughter Cora, who was then 7 years old and open about her grief process.
“She hasn’t missed a day of class, the actor insisted, adding that she is aware of melancholy. Since she was 2 years old, my daughter has lived with my sick wife.”
He also mentioned that his daughter hadn’t cried out therapeutically since the passing of his wife and her mother.

Welliver and their girlfriend Jose Stemkens were married at Saddle Peak Lodge in Calabasas, California, according to Us Weekly.
The three children of Welliver were with the couple. Stemkens’ mother, brother, and sister, all from Holland, were guests from the bride’s family.
However, Welliver filed for divorce from his fourth wife in May 2019 because their union also ended in divorce.
In March 2021, the divorce was legally finalized.
At the time, Titus was said to have received some Connecticut real estate, certain bank accounts, residuals, and royalties from his work on TV and film.
