Biography (Early Life)
Motivation For Training
Brazilian bodybuilder Felipe Franco is a highly skilled athlete. When Franco was 17 years old, just before enrolling in college to study physical education, he discovered his affinity for the lifting sport.
Felipe’s results in the gym improved as his bodybuilding expertise grew; he eventually became one of the most toned men at his college.
University Years
Felipe maintained a student’s perspective throughout his time in college, including his attitude to exercise and eating. He became fully knowledgeable about bodybuilding.
Felipe decided to dedicate his attention to the sport as soon as he finished college as a result of a series of events.
Contests
Felipe plunged himself into the world of professional bodybuilding after graduating.
His desire for awards grew as he pursued the coveted Pro Card after “testing the waters” in his first few competitions.
Today’s Felipe Franco
Felipe earned his pro designation, as well as the respect of his fellow sportsmen, via years of tenacity and perseverance.
He now takes part in the world’s largest competitions. Felipe won every match in some of these competitions, winning the champion title. These programs comprise:
- 2016 Europa Dallas, IFBB Men’s Physique, 1st place
- 2018 Los Angeles Grand Prix, IFBB Men’s Physique, 1st place
Franco is still driven to achieve even greater success despite his “meteoric” climb to the top. This mindset permeates all aspects of his professional life, including bodybuilding, personal training, and entrepreneurship.
Training (Workout)
Adaptive Training
Felipe receives dynamic, ongoing instruction. He doesn’t follow a predetermined program like other professional sportsmen; instead, he goes with his gut.
He maintains his body’s continual state of perplexity in this way.
His muscles are constantly being pushed to get stronger since they never get used to a certain regimen.
Two Days Of Rest
Except on the weekends, Felipe works out in the gym five days a week.
When he wants to concentrate on his weaker muscular parts, he will add a Saturday workout.
Week Of Training For Felipe
- Monday: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, and Abs
- Tuesday: Legs, Calves
- Wednesday: Back, Rear Delts, Biceps
- Thursday: Chest and Triceps
- Friday: Legs
- Saturday: A muscle group of choice
- Sunday: Rest
Nutrition (Diet Plan)
Not Getting Shredded
Felipe Franco maintains a calorie deficit or maintenance to maintain his ripped appearance. This indicates that he consumes the same number of calories—or fewer—than his body uses each day.
Felipe doesn’t exclude any food groups from his diet, including carbohydrates or fats. But some foods—like French fries, cheeseburgers, and refined sugars—are never allowed.
He suggests substituting these meals with wholesome ones like avocados, almonds, and olive oil. Additionally, he suggests consuming carbohydrates with a low glycemic index, such as sweet potatoes and brown rice.
What Felipe Franco Teaches Us?
Felipe Franco is a person who doesn’t find it difficult to get up early, eat well, and exercise hard several times a week. He loves every second of it because it’s his way of life.
You can achieve any fitness objective, including gaining more muscle or the six-pack you’ve always desired, if you approach it with the same mentality.
