Biography

Giorgia’s Childhood

Growing up, Giorgia Piscina was an active and healthy youngster. She competed in gymnastics from the age of 6 to the age of 13, which gave her the foundation for a subsequent fitness career.

Giorgia was very interested in athletics and health, but she was also a huge fan of wrestling, idolizing Rey Mysterio as one of her favorite wrestlers.

Favorite, and Least Favorite Exercises

Giorgia finds the most enjoyment in working out her lower body. Leg curls, lunges, glute kickbacks, deadlifts, and squats are a few of her favorite workouts.

Giorgia also enjoys using the Stairmaster for her leg and glute exercises. She thinks it’s a fantastic cardio exercise that also strengthens her glutes and quadriceps.

Her back, on the other hand, is the body portion she dislikes training the least. Giorgia recalled her back-training days by saying, “I detest chin-ups! They never get any simpler, I swear!

Intense Forms of Cardio

Giorgia enjoys using the Stairmasters in addition to HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training.

Anything that significantly increases Giorgia’s heart rate qualifies as this form of cardio. Outdoor sprinting, heavy kettlebell work, swimming, and other activities are a few examples.

  • Snack – chicken, sweet potato, broccoli & cashews
  • Dinner – protein shake (after workout)
  • Snack – salmon & broccoli

Giorgia’s enthusiasm and interest in wrestling were sparked in part by Oscar Gutierrez, better known by his ring name Rey Mysterio.
