Around here, appetizers like buffalo wings are a favorite! We loved it so much that we chose to transform one of our favorite appetizers into a delicious sub! (Buffalo Chicken Meatball Sub) These were practically consumed by me, and I know you’ll adore them too.

Buffalo Chicken Meatball Sub begins with our favorite Cobblestone Bread Co. White Grinder Sub Rolls that have been lightly toasted with garlic butter.

Crispy, panko bread crumbs-coated buffalo chicken meatballs roasted in the oven are then placed on top, along with our favorite dressing. The outcomes were quite astounding!

For these subs, the Cobblestone Bread Co. Grinder Sub Rolls are ideal since they are tender and flavorful while yet being able to hold together any filling you choose! Additionally, they are the ideal size to be divided into three sliders! In other words, you may create these subs as sliders for a fantastic addition to any party table or as dinner for your hungry guests.

I created sweet little sandwich picks… These can be made in any color to match your team’s colors! From beginning to end, the project took roughly 15 minutes. Simply cut out some paper circles and triangles, then attach them to a skewer!

  1. Set the oven to 400 °F.
  2. Give a bowl 2 cups of bread crumbs. Combine the milk, flour, and two eggs with one egg yolk in another bowl. Set aside after smoothing with a whisk.
  3. Combine 1/2 cup bread crumbs, spicy sauce, celery, onion, and the saved egg white in a small basin. Just until mixed, add the ground chicken.
  4. Roll into 18 equal pieces, then divide into balls. Each ball should first be coated in Panko crumbs, then it should be dipped into the egg mixture and coated once more. Place in the oven for 25 minutes.
  5. Butter should be applied to each of the White Grinder Sub Rolls from Cobblestone Bread Co. Garlic powder and parsley should be added. 3 to 4 minutes under the broiler, or until barely toasted.
  6. On each roll, spread fresh cole slaw.
  7. Several at a time, toss the meatballs in the hot buffalo sauce. Each White Grinder Sub Roll should have 3 meatballs on it before being dressed. Use a sandwich pick as garnish.

Up to 24 hours in advance, the meatballs can be prepared, cooked, and refrigerated. (Add buffalo sauce just before serving.) Toss them with the buffalo sauce as suggested after reheating them in the oven at 375°F for about 15 minutes.
