Biography of Jade Mead
Start of Fitness Journey
Jade, who was born and reared in Perth (Australia), had always been active; as a young girl, she was a gifted athlete who excelled at track & field competitions.
The girl showed innate sporting aptitude while also excelling at dance, but at this point, she hadn’t thought about a fitness career.
She didn’t start weight training in the gym until she was in her late teens. Jade soon developed a love for bodybuilding, though, and she set her sights on achieving the physique of her dreams.
In 2005, the Australian started her fitness adventure at the age of 18.
First Competition
Jade worked out consistently for the following four years, determined to have the body she wanted. Her diligence paid off. When the Australian was 22 years old, in 2009, she started to become known for her trim physique.
Jade decided to attend her first fitness competition, the 2009 IFBB WA State Championships, as a sports model after receiving encouragement from her friends and family.
The young woman finished third in her first show, a pretty good finish considering she didn’t win. Jade was inspired by this encounter to pursue a career in fitness.
Success
Jade spent two years after her first competition concentrating on improving her physique to win her first prize. By 2011, when she was 24 years old, she made a comeback to the stage as a sports model at the NABBA/WFF WA State Championships.
This time, Jade won first place and her first piece of silverware by impressing the judges with her improved posing skills. However, she wasn’t done yet.
She competed in the national Australian Championships a few months later and won her second trophy for the year. This provided her with the exposure she required to establish herself in the field.
Individual Trainer
With her confidence high after wins, Jade started receiving inquiries from her fans on social media. They were impressed by how rapidly she had achieved success as a bikini athlete and wanted to learn from her.
To assist her admirers all over the world in achieving their fitness objectives, Jade became inspired to pursue her training qualifications.
Since then, she has assisted scores of clients both offline and online, utilizing her background as a sports model to advance in her new career.
