Hollywood actress Jennifer Garner is now 50 years old. She celebrated her 50th birthday this April. But she is glowing and slim and fit. The American beauty hails from Houston in Texas in the USA.
She completed her BFA from Denison University. She used to do theater during summers at her college. Additionally, she used to do odd jobs at the theater including selling tickets.
She migrated to New York in 1995 and to Los Angeles in 1997. Her first film was Washington Square. Ever since she has not looked back. The early 2000s was the peak of her career and she garnered several awards and nominations for her great performance.
Her first husband was actor Scott Foley. They wed on 19 October 2000 but split in March 2003. In a year, they were legally separated.
After dating actor Michael Vartan for less than a year, she started a relationship with actor Ben Affleck.
They wed on 29 June 2005 and went on to have three kids together. But they split in 2015. The mother of three continues to enchant her fans thanks to her diet and workouts.

Cosmopolitan magazine revealed that Jennifer started her diet planning with celebrity nutritionist Kelly LeVeque. This alliance happened when Jennifer was preparing for her role in Peppermint.
Kelly put Jennifer on her Be Well by Kelly diet plan and the Fab Four formula. This formula is a combination of the following four elements that bust hunger namely protein, fiber, fat, and greens.
Jennifer is extremely fond of the nutrient-dense Fab Four smoothie. She shared details of it with her Instagram fans. She captioned below the post:
“Don’t be scared! It’s tastier than it looks! I started working with @bewellbykelly a few months ago to get ready for #PEPPERMINTmovie and have had her smoothie every day for breakfast since. Today, I decided to play scientist and see if my @onceuponafarm cold-pressed, organic purée (or baby food, if you’re a baby, but whatever) could be a substitute for fresh blueberries when I didn’t see any in the fridge. Yep, it could.”

The ingredients in this fabulous smoothie are protein powder, flaxseed, chia seeds, spinach, blueberries, almond butter, almond milk, and ice.
