Biography of Johnny Steinbach
Young Years
Germany was Johnny’s birthplace and upbringing, and he started working out in his home gym at the age of 16.
But skiing was his true love, and he had been practicing since he was just 3 years old. Johnny’s main goal at this moment was to succeed as a professional ski racer.
Bodybuilding
Johnny decided to give up his dream of becoming a professional ski racer when he was 18 years old in 2015 because living away from the mountains made it harder for him to train while he was in school.
He had been sculpting his body for three years at this time and had made significant gains in strength and size. He could only use a barbell and some modest weights, though.
Johnny decided to join his local gym to exercise with better equipment after outgrowing the weights in his home gym.
First Competition of Johnny Steinbach
The following year, Johnny exercised hard and made the most of his new gym membership. He had been able to create an outstanding physique by the end of 2015.
Johnny Steinbach had a strong passion for exercise and was enthralled by bodybuilders like Arnold Schwarzenegger.
He was motivated to participate in athletic competitions and joined his first one the following year, the 2015 NPC Southern State, in the Men’s Physique division.
Johnny’s competitive career didn’t get off to the best of starts, finishing 11th, but he wasn’t ready to quit.
Success
Following his first performance on stage, Johnny was even more eager to win a prize. He committed the following months to strengthening his body to provide a better package the following time.
It wasn’t long until he donned the spray tan once more and entered the stage for the 2015 NPC Southern States Men’s Physique Teen competition for the second time.
Johnny Steinbach concluded the night as the Champion after placing First, proving that his tenacity and will to win paid off. He wasn’t finished, though.
The German bodybuilder made an amazing start to 2016 by winning the 2016 MP World Championships Junior Pro Fitness Model, repeating his victory from the end of 2015.
Training of Johnny Steinbach
To advance his goal of obtaining his Pro Card, Johnny intends to work out at least six times every week. To increase his strength and size, the German athlete prefers working out several muscle groups during each gym session in reps of 6–8.
