- Regarding Joe’s preparation for The Punisher “Typically, we’ll start with a little strength training, whether it’s bench pressing or doing five sets of three reps of overhead squats.
There are numerous bodybuilding weight practices and extraordinary settings.
Then, we put in a ton of effort on heaps of MetCon (metabolic conditioning), performing as many rounds as possible while attempting to properly encourage each movement. Typically, it will consist of five to six full-body exercises, such as pull-ups and cleans.
