Later Competitions

Jusup won 12 bodybuilding championships over the years, including the 1980 IFBB Pro Mr. Universe title.

His finest performance in the competition came when he finished third at the 1984 Mr. Olympia.

A Tragedy In The Events

Jusup wed his wife in the later 1980s, and he led a contented existence in both his personal and professional spheres. Sadly, the success didn’t last long.

Jusup was forced to stop competing and going to the gym due to ongoing injuries. After that, his wife became ill in 1989 and passed away a few months later.

Jusup was so devastated by these things that he was forced to quit the bodybuilding industry altogether.

Despite The Setbacks, A Legend

Training (Diet Plan)

Jusup Wilkosz

Jusup used to work out three to six days a week, alternating between weight and cardio exercises. He divided his exercises into several muscle groups, working out 3–4 muscles each time.

His chest, triceps, forearms, and abs days were often on Mondays. He worked on his back, lats, forearms, abs, and biceps on day two. Legs, shoulders, abdominals, and calves were the focus of day three.

Jusup still exercises weights to stay in good health and shape even though he is now in his 70s.

Running As Exercise

Running had always been Jusup’s preferred exercise activity. Jusup had remarkable stamina and was able to run for miles at a high speed without any issues, in contrast to most bodybuilders of his size.

Nutrition (Diet Plan)

Jusup Wilkosz consumed calorie-dense foods for the majority of the year to keep and add to his muscular mass.

However, he followed a much tighter diet with a high protein intake when getting ready for a competition. This made sure that throughout a cut, his body would burn fat rather than muscle.
