Biography

Beginning a Fitness Journey

When Kaisa was a young child, her parents pushed her to take part in a variety of sports, including gymnastics, swimming, ballet, soccer, and sprinting. Kaisa was born in Seattle, Washington (USA).

She developed an athletic physique as a result, giving her a ton of promise in the fitness business. Throughout high school, she was one of the most naturally talented athletes in her age group.

In 2004, when Kaisa was 18 years old, she enrolled in the University of Washington, where she continued to advance in sports by competing for their track & field team and setting records.

Fitness Professional

Kaisa Keranen didn’t have any immediate plans for the future after graduating from college with a degree in Exercise Science and a Masters’s in the subject. So, eager to start her life as a working professional, she started looking for jobs.

Soon after, a friend of hers urged her to pursue a career in fitness coaching. Kaisa was an ideal candidate to work as a trainer at her neighborhood club because of her love of exercise throughout college.

She agreed to take the job as a boot camp instructor and quickly fell in love with it.

To help ambitious athletes achieve their fitness objectives, Kaisa’s newfound passion inspired her to launch a website. It didn’t take long for Kaisa to gain recognition for her dedication to her job.

Star of Social Media

Kaisa started sharing images and videos of her voyage on Instagram toward the end of 2015. Others were motivated to adopt a healthy lifestyle by her desire for doing so.

As a result, Kaisa rose to prominence as one of the top female fitness instructors in America and was frequently featured in fitness magazines, becoming an inspiration to many aspiring athletes all over the world.
