Biography (Early Life)
Young Years
Katy Hearn was raised in Louisville, Kentucky, where she was born. She claims that while she was growing up, she was always the little kid in the class and had no intention of changing her physical appearance.
She recalls that she never played sports or went to the gym and that she weighed “less than 100 pounds.”
Getting Fit In College
After high school, she enrolled in classes at the community college in her neighborhood.
She claims that the collegiate environment’s emphasis on drinking and fast food had a significant negative impact on her life, causing her to start gaining weight—adding 15 pounds to her frame.
She had a fantastic birthday night out when she was 21 and wore a tight dress that she adored.
When she got home, she glanced at the photos from the evening and wasn’t pleased. At this point, she decided to improve her way of life.
Developing Her Body
She quickly joined her neighborhood gym and began looking into various diets and workout regimens for losing weight. She claims that after three months of diligent, constant work in the gym, she was able to get rid of all the extra fat.
When reflecting on this time, she recalls, “I remember creating my first progress photo comparison, and when I realized I had done it, my eyes filled with tears. I put in a lot of effort and gave up things, and it paid off.
People began to notice the modifications she was making to her body at this point. Although she was getting comments from all of her friends, she claims that they didn’t fully appreciate the effort she had put into building her figure.
“My family wasn’t interested in my workouts and didn’t find them intriguing or cool. None of my buddies changed; they didn’t adapt to my changes.
They continued to sip. They continued to party. They kept consuming poor food.
However, some individuals started to be interested in her method itself rather than just the outcomes.
She enjoyed describing her favorite workouts to anyone who would listen, but she didn’t feel qualified to advise others without sufficient credentials.
Getting Into personal training
As a result, she decided that to assist people in achieving their goals, she would need to earn a certification as a personal trainer. She completed her training course in April 2013 and received the highest grade possible.
She instantly started taking on clients after that. She acquired customers by word of mouth at her neighborhood gym as well as through social media platforms like Twitter and Instagram.
