Kirsty began competing in sports during her senior year of high school. She learned to maintain discipline, attention, and consistency in her training through activities like sprinting and discus throwing.

When Kirsty was 16 years old, she started to get motivated by the bodies of professional female wrestlers. Because of this, Kirsty started competing in professional wrestling alongside dancing to gain muscle mass and have a great body like her wrestling heroes.

Kirsty started taking her weight training seriously at this point. She continued working out regularly after that and soon began to see the results of her demanding exercises. When she started her own business at the age of 18, she was finally able to turn her passion for dancing into a successful career.

Beginning To Compete

Kirsty took some time off from building her dance teaching career to travel across Europe. She consequently paid little, if any, attention to fitness, which hurt her levels of fitness.

Soon enough, Kirsty started to dislike how she looked as a result of this. Her diligent gym training had been for naught. Kirsty realized that her travels had caused her to lose her sense of fitness at this point. Kirsty realized she had to make a difference after that.

This demonstrated how her dedication to working out in the gym paid off in the form of achievement on the bodybuilding stage.

Kirsty later participated in the May 2015 WBFF Australia Diva Bikini Model competition. She came in second place overall, which demonstrated her ambition, commitment, and dedication to continuously better herself.

The following year, in 2016, Kirsty entered the same tournament once more and took first place. She received her WBFF Pro Card as a reward for her accomplishment. She was then presented with the opportunity to advance in her fitness career.
