Natina was a writer for the TLC, a group of female musicians. She quickly rose to fame in the 1990s as a member of Blaque. Reed made two albums with Blaque and appeared in the comedy movie “Bring It On” as well.
The band, however, disbanded in 2003 after trying and failing to switch to Elektra. They failed to reunite again in 2010, and by this time, Tren’s mother had made the decision to stop making music.
In 2012, Natina Reed’s life ended tragically when she was killed in Atlanta after being hit by a car. She was struck by the car as she crossed the street, according to reports. When the incident occurred, she was a few miles from her house.
At around 10:30 p.m. on October 26, 2012, the driver of the car that hit the singer dialed 911 to report the incident. The former singer from the singing group sadly passed away and was declared dead at 32 years old around 10:59 p.m.

His father explained their feelings at the time in a statement. The director expressed gratitude to everyone who attended the funeral service for their love and support. He went on to say a lot of nice things about Natina, saying that her passing was a great loss to him and his son.
