Lauren was unaware of her situation. Up till panic attacks struck her. Lauren struggled with severe anxiety attacks during her senior year of high school, making it impossible for her to lead a normal life.

It “felt like I was dying,” she claims. Lauren then decided to take action in response to her predicament.

Exercise Using Weights

Lauren began her internet search after she realized she needed to find a healthy strategy to shed some pounds. She would use search terms like “how to gain weight healthily,” which introduced her to weight training.

As a result of a chain of events, Lauren gradually cut back on her aerobics and increased her weightlifting. Lauren’s new workout program helped her eventually achieve a healthy body makeover, even though it wasn’t an easy procedure.
