Making This Simple Quiche Recipe Tip:

To make this simple morning quiche dish come together as quickly as possible, we’re using cooked, cubed ham and green onions.

Keep an eye on the quiche while it bakes to prevent the top crust from getting overly browned while the eggs are cooking. If necessary, use a small piece of foil to cover the crust’s outside ring to stop it from getting even darker.

Can You Prepare a Quiche in Time?

Of course! After baking, allow the quiche to cool for up to two hours on the counter before storing it in the fridge.

Cover the quiche with foil and reheat it in the oven at around 325°F (until just heated). Before refrigeration, it should be cooled to maintain a slightly crispier crust.

How to Make a Quiche Without a Crust?

You may completely exclude the crust and turn this into a crustless quiche recipe if you’re seeking a gluten-free substitute or you simply don’t like crust (hey, we all have our tastes!). It’s that simple!

Just remember to oil the pie plate first because cooked eggs can be challenging to remove!

You may just bake a crustless quiche until the eggs are entirely set throughout the middle as you won’t need to keep an eye on the crust for indicators of doneness.
