The English reality TV star, Olivia Bowen is now 28 years old. Her fans and TV watchers are curious to know what their favorite stars eat in a day. Here is the breakup of it.

In the morning, Olivia prefers porridge or a little pot of beans. Sometimes she eats sausage or potato that has been microwaved.

For lunch, she usually has a stir fry or rice with chicken curry. While in dinner, it is mainly some type of meat with potatoes and vegetables. Further, she added that she prefers plain food cooked at home.

If she feels hungry in between major meals, then Olivia takes vegan cookies that contain nut butter in them. She is on a 12 week diet plan that fits into her daily routine now. But for Christmas, she would take a break of two weeks from the plan.

Olivia went on to disclose to Closer magazine that she and her husband of 4 years, Alex Bowen spend around 75 pounds per week on food. Olivia added that she is on a diet plan for 5 days of the week. But she enjoys 2 days of the week eating what she likes and in larger proportions.

When queried about the strangest food she had, Olivia replied that it was zebra meat that she ate on her 18th birthday. This was at Shaka Zulu in London. However, she regrets this consumption and vowed never to do that again.

Olivia does like to cook for people. She revealed:

“I’d do scallops for the starter as they’re my absolute favourite, followed by fillet steak and dauphinoise potatoes, then my homemade sticky toffee pudding for dessert. I love cooking for people and that was one of the meals I cooked for my mum and stepdad recently. They loved it.”

And for curing a hangover, she has Domino’s pizza. And her favorite there is the pepperoni and jalapeno stuffed crusted pizza.

Expert verdict on Olivia’s diet

A dietitian provided an analysis of the diet of Olivia. Olivia takes a lot of fruits and vegetables but it needs to be a little more. But the reputed dietitian different that she would be better if she added some more dietary fiber and nutrients to her diet. Her vegetables are mainly starchy and white. She could add some color there and also consume some green leafy vegetables for antioxidants and fiber.

Nutritionist Juliette Kellow has shared her opinion on the diet of Olivia. She stated:

“Olivia seems to follow the 80:20 rule – eating healthily 80 pe rcent of the time and more relaxed for 20 per cent. It’s a balanced approach but to up her five-a-day, she could add fruit to her porridge or grilled tomatoes or spinach to her bean brekkie. She could also snack on veg sticks, a salad with egg or tuna, or top oatcakes with mashed avo to add extra nutrients and fibre to her diet.”
