A fictional D&D character named Pike Trickfoot appears in the web series Critical duty and on YouTube. She is a gnome and the wife of Scanlan Shorthalt, a well-known gnome character.
Fans continue to like Pike even though there was a time when she vanished and then reappeared as a level 11 character.
Pike is unquestionably a great cleric character. Many of you also wanted the Pike Trickfoot exercise program because of this.

Pike Trickfoot Exercise Program
Pike Trickfoot, a gnome of the cleric class, is one of the campaign’s most powerful characters.
Depending on the class and position they chose in advance, the cleric can be a strong combatant in addition to being a healer who can assist the squad with spells.
Pike, a cleric by profession, is also capable of casting several spells in support of utilizing her divine magic. Her AC is fairly strong, according to the metrics displayed on the Critical role page.
Although I’m not even near to being an expert in D&D, 23 is a very high AC in my experience. Therefore, unless your strength modifier is strong enough to even match Pike AC on an ordinary role, attacking her is practically impossible.
Pike’s Dex and Con, however, are not very high, but she is quite wise, scoring a 20 on Wisdom. She isn’t the finest combatant, but she makes a wonderful companion that can aid you with spells and magic.
How can you practice being like that, then? Is it possible to train to become as powerful as Pike? Her strength modifier is comparable to that of many barbarians, therefore she wouldn’t hesitate to accomplish any heavy lifting or labor.
You would need to perform a variety of exercises to get that level of fitness; initially, we must develop her AC’s dodge ability, which necessitates quick feet. Later, to gain strength, we must concentrate on our weight-training regimen.
To gain even mass, I would advise working out five days a week, performing a lot of circuit exercises combined with weight training on different days.
But our focus will be on working out the lower body. To develop rapid footwork, we will also include a solid cardio finisher at the end of the session. In that case, let’s begin:
Workout with Pike Trickfoot entails:
Strength Training
As we must become as strong as female bodybuilders to become Trickfoot, we shall engage in weight training as they do. When lifting weights, keep your weight mild to moderate; if you lift a lot of heavyweights, your muscular mass will increase.

Exercise Finisher
I would advise performing 15 minutes of HIIT boxing training before our 15-20 minute quick and hard cardio finisher workout. Ten one-minute rounds of boxing can be performed with a 30-second break in between.
After finishing that, you’ll undertake a fast circuit exercise for the core. Follow the instructions below to complete three circuits.
- 30 crunches
- 20 cross-crunches
- 15 leg raises
- 20-plank twisters
- one minute in plank position
The Pike Trickfoot exercise program is now complete.
